How Does Pad Printing Work?

  3. Our soft Antistatic Pad Printing Siliconepad presses onto the plate. It picks up the ink. This is the printing pad material.
  4. The pad presses onto your object (like a button or a toy). It leaves the ink picture there! This is the tampon printing process.
  5. Our silicone stops static zaps during this ink transfer process. It uses antistatic additiveslike carbon-black additives.
