platinum-cured-silicone
Platinum cured silicone is a two-part RTV-2 silicone rubber that cures through an addition-cure system. It is also commonly called addition cure silicone, platinum cure silicone, or platinum silicone rubber.
It is usually selected for applications that require lower shrinkage, better dimensional stability, and cleaner curing performance. Platinum cured silicone is often used for high-detail mold making, repeated-use production, and projects where material consistency matters more.
Tin cured silicone is a two-part RTV-2 silicone rubber that cures through a condensation-cure system. It is also commonly called condensation cure silicone, tin cure silicone, or tin silicone rubber.
It is widely used in general mold making and cost-sensitive production. Tin cured silicone is often chosen for resin, plaster, decorative, and other casting applications where balanced performance and affordability are important.

pad printing silicone
Pad printing silicone is a specialized silicone rubber used to make printing pads for transferring ink in pad printing applications. It is also commonly called pad silicone, silicone for pad printing pads, or printing pad silicone.
During the printing process, the silicone pad picks up ink from the cliché and transfers it onto the final product surface. Different grades are selected based on hardness, rebound, transfer behavior, print clarity, and production stability.

Potting and encapsulation silicone materials are used to protect electronic components, connection points and electrical assemblies. Depending on the application, they can provide electrical insulation, moisture resistance, dust sealing, stress relief and long-term environmental protection.

This category may include different material directions, such as soft silicone gel for electronics and silicone potting compounds for broader encapsulation needs. The right choice depends on the application structure, softness requirement and protection target.
